Job Description

Project Role Description: We are looking for a Empathetic Business Development Executive to contribute to the growth of our company. Business development executives are responsible for finding and retaining customers, encouraging existing customers to purchase additional products or features, and keeping abreast of changes in consumption.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To generate and follow up business leads.
  • Looking out for new business for the company.
  • Have targeted Gold Collar hierarchy within the company.
  • Getting business through different channels such as Email Marketing, References, and Social networking sites etc.
  • Responsible for competitor analysis, searching, qualifying, and generating new sales leads to support the Sales Team.
  • Build relationships by initiating communication and conducting follow-ups to take the lead to the next level.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to develop and grow the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute lead generation campaigns with the objective of opening doors and establishing new business engagements.
  • Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence.
  • Cold Calling; Sending mails and follow up with regard to replies.
Qualification:
  • Sales Experience: 3 plus years of expertise in Inside Sales/Enterprise Sales for the India/US/Europe region or Inbound Sales with a focus on Business Development.
  • 1 - 3 years experience must be in selling a technical B2B software.
  • Should be comfortable working in Night Shift (10 PM to 7 AM)
  • Opportunity Sensing: Ability to identify opportunities received through email, phone, or chat.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in both verbal and written English for effective business communication.
Prefered Qualifications:
  • Proven record of successful lead generation.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of generating leads from LinkedIn and Social Media.
  • Strong listening, questioning, and networking skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Self-oriented and highly motivated sales-driven attitude.
